About me
“People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don’t believe in circumstances.
The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and if they can’t find them, make them.”
George Bernard Shaw
I am Robert Takacs with 12 years of experience as a middle/senior manager in international corporations and as a business coach.
Throughout my years in the world of coaching, I have come to realize that successful business performance and personal success are not solely dependent on professional skills and strategies.
The personal development, inner states, and emotional backgrounds of individuals equally impact both business and personal life outcomes. In many of my sessions with clients, I observed that their past-held blocks and limiting beliefs hinder their personal development, impede them in action planning, goal achievement, and essentially make them prisoners of their own mental barriers formed by various beliefs and blocks in their everyday lives.
The role of a coach became too narrow for me. This realization led me to expand my business and life coaching activities with Rapid Transformational Therapy, and this decision became a new dimension of support for my clients.
Rapid Transformational Therapy is an ideal tool for releasing blocks.
The method allows me to identify and dissolve, in the subconscious of my clients, the obstacles preventing them from achieving success.
Rapid Transformational Therapy is an extremely effective tool in processing negative beliefs, blocks, and traumas, enabling my clients to achieve desired results more quickly and efficiently, creating a balanced, stable, and self-aware life.
My goal is to provide comprehensive support for every client in their business and personal development. By combining coaching and therapeutic approaches, I expand my toolkit to offer personalized and effective assistance to each client in the areas where they need it.
How did I become a coach from a manager?
“I’m an forever optimist, although life wants to teach me pessimism, but I don’t leave myself.” Vekerdy
My attraction to people stems from my personality, I am an extrovert. According to feedback, I can easily tune in to people on an emotional level and their blockages, as a result of which they trust me without difficulty and quickly: a straight path to a solution.
In my twenties, I became more and more annoyed by my excuses, which stood in the way of my own career and development. Seeing patterns of uncontrolled procrastination, which I applied subconsiously to block myself.
With my studies and experience, this annoyance turned into a constructive and helpful force when I learned about coaching. My biggest helpers, guideposts and critics on this journey are my three truthful children and my wonderful wife. With their relentless honesty, they helped me on the path to self-realization, which led to coaching.
During my professional career, as a senior leader, I provide guidance for young leaders, as they experience the typical difficulties, challenges that all leaders experience (I experienced them myself at the beginning, so I understand these frustration exactly) until they reach the set goal, success (e.g.: identity, leadership self-image, self-confidence , uncertainties, doubts, the desire to prove).
